our values
750 Motor Club is the UK’s leading provider of club-level circuit racing in the UK. Governed by Motorsport UK, we are a member-led sporting club that operates 25+ series and championships, featuring some of the UK’s largest grid sizes across the last decade. We operate 25-30 race days and see up to 1500 competitors each season, whilst relying on the efforts of hundreds of loyal volunteers.
Our mission is to continue and progress the concepts laid down by the Club’s founders into the modern age. We aim not just to provide realistically-priced circuit racing, but also continually innovate and embrace new technologies, plus drive down the ‘cost to be competitive’ with robust but stable regulations and market-leading control measures, free of outside bias.
Inclusive Membership & Paddock
Off-track activities are just as important; and the Club prides itself on having the most family-friendly, helpful and sociable paddock in the industry. This is not a site where teams hide behind closed awnings, but an approachable and social turnout of motorsport enthusiasts with a real sense of belonging.
750 Motor Club continually evolves so as to enable participation for as many as possible in a safe, fair, fun and inclusive environment. Club level motorsport has always brought together people of different ages and backgrounds, and allows them to connect through motorsport in a way that is rarely seen elsewhere. We aim for equitable access to racing and at the time of writing have competitors ranging from ages 16 to 87.
Personal Service
The Club features an approachable and uniquely consistent staff lineup, available to help everyone from those taking initial novice steps to competitors with decades of experience. The core team of four full-time staff are all former or current competitors, and can be reached both via the office and at all race events for any guidance or friendly advice. Between us, we aim to know every single competitor by name.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of motorsport and 750 Motor Club is proud to have exceptional support at events. Members and volunteers are both very much at the heart of 750 Motor Club and we strive to offer whatever support is necessary.
Cost Control & Universal Positioning
750 Motor Club aims to provide not just the most affordable circuit racing in terms of membership, registration and entry fee costs, but also structure formulae so as to limit undue spending. From limiting tyre usage to de-incentivising costly test days, or pioneering the switch to power-to-weight ratio rather than capacity classes, the Club offers stable regulations and is not commercially motivated to pursue or exploit aggressive commissions on control parts or fuel and tyre supplies.
We strive to promote a professional brand image and universal profile that is well-regarded and welcoming to all; allowing us to be seen as simply the best value racing club, without sacrificing on quality of product or service delivery.
Fairly Structured
We operate as a sporting club rather than a profit-led business, with a handful of employees and a board of volunteer non-executive directors. All competitors must be club members, and any profits are used for the long-term value of members. That can often entail industry firsts; from investing in our own mobile rolling road, or being the first to adopt live-streaming at race meetings.
Novice Friendly & Formula Parity
750 Motor Club is widely considered to be the number one UK circuit racing club for novice recruitment, and we aim to make the first steps into circuit racing as easy and welcoming as possible. We do not have ‘feature races’, ‘headline championships’ or otherwise; all formulae are considered equal in all aspects of management and operations.
Environmentally Conscious
The Club was the first club-level circuit racing organisation to carbon-offset on-track sporting activities and adopt sustainable approaches. The Club’s championships typically revolve around older road cars so do not add the footprint of a new product, whilst non-road-derived machinery reuses and recycles powerplants from end-of-life vehicles. As of 2025, a number of cars across various formulae now run on synthetic fuels and a significant percentage of formulae have tyre limiting regulations in place.
Heritage with Innovation
Finally, 750 Motor Club is forward thinking yet fiercely proud of its roots. Whilst the non-competitive Austin Seven side of the Club has since been passed over to the PWA7C, the racing versions remain in Historic 750 Formula and the importance of this humble motor car – and the role it played not just at club-level but in the development of motorsport overall – remains at the heart of 750MC. By name, 750 represents the cubic capacity of those very first Austin race cars.
