I am reluctantly selling my BMW 318ti Compact Cup race car. I have raced it for the past 2 seasons in the Armed Forces Race Challenge but kept the car in Compact Cup (CC) Series spec to keep it eligible to compete in the series. The car has been extremely reliable for me and had regular maintenance and health checks between race weekends.

The car is ready to race and meets all UK MSA and Compact Cup series technical and safety regulations. (EDIT - The fire extinguisher will require re-certification).

I am taking a year out from racing but will be returning in 2025 in a quicker car for Class racing. Hence selling my Compact.

Spec;

Standard M42 1.9 litre engine. Health tested following end of last season with compression checks.

Compact Cup series ECU.

Programmable auto fan switch for radiator fan fitted to new radiator.

Klarius Exhaust as per CC regs.

GAZ Gold coilovers and eibach springs as per CC regs.

Powerflex suspension bushes as per CC regs.

Team dynamics wheels and Nankang NS2-R control tyres as per regs. 3 sets (2 complete sets and 1 set of 4 wheels / 3 tyres).

Safety devices multipoint roll cage.

OMP TRS-E bucket seat.

Turn One HANS 6 point harness (in date until 2027).

Turini plumbed in 4kg fire extinguisher (next serv due June 2024).

MyLaps transponder included in the sale. (Fitted to NSF chassis rail and wired to the ignition circuit).

Flocked dash (no reflection in windscreen).

Wide angle race rear view mirror.

Small spares pack included (2 Gearboxes, steering arm ends, wheel bearing, fluids, plugs, fire extinguisher plumbing).

The bodywork is far from showroom fresh, the car has been a race car for 9 years. Competing previously in the Compact Cup series with great success and in my hands in the AFRC with slightly less.
