Track/potential 750mc race car

Ive owned for 2.5 years and the plan was to build the car for the 750mc clio sport championship but I’ve never ended up racing just doing track days, the car was original when i purchased it.
Engine is totally stock inc air box and exhaust but has had new cam belt kit & dephaser ,aux kit, coils, plugs, rocker gaskets, manifold flexy’s renewed & gasket.
Dog bone engine mount is black powerflex, Gearbox mount the same.
Gearbox was sent off to Ktec for a rebuild plus a plated Gripper LSD at the cost of 2.1k (750mc reg’s this isn’t correct as they run a cheaper blackline geared diff)
New clutch.
New Renault rad carrier, lower suspension arm bushes just replaced with black powerflex, inc anti roll bar D bushes.
New Genuine Cup steering rack and track rod ends.
Swivel joints all good, new drop links.
Goodridge brake lines, fully refurbished Brembo’s and new rear calipers , PBS pro race pads front & rear, race fluid.
New Speedline wheel set with AR1 tyres, rears worn out fronts half spent.
750mc control suspension , spax rsx coilovers with comp brake fully adjustable top mounts cost £1650, only done 2 track days.
Rear axle has black powerflex Bush’s and has been modified for the coilover mounts.
25mm H&R wheel spacers front & rear
750mc spec sw motorsport full cage only fitted this year.
Sw driver side foot plate, lightweight door cards.
Sparco subframe, side seat mount, Sprint Seat and 6 point Harness all bought new and have 2.5 years before expires.
Momo steering wheel & boss.
Pure Motorsport gear shifter kit (I’ve got the original shifter also)
The bodywork is all standard and in average/good condition few a few stuffs.
Always had Millers motorsport oils and changed every 2 track days, engine runs perfectly with no smoke, rattles or misfires.

Selling separately i have a set of original alloys with rain-sports 5’s on, pair of front wings, headlights,rear bumper, Genuine Renault-sport front lower bumper skirt and a pair of new Renault front brake discs, also a spare gearbox.
I've got a lot more money sunk into this car than its advertised…. 100% cheaper to buy a car that's already built!
