Club News

The Club’s AGM and Members’ Meeting was held earlier this month at the upcoming historic motoring venue of Bicester Heritage, where members were invited in order to hear and review annual reports on the running of the Club, in addition to having their say and vote on the future.

There were five resolutions for which Club members cast votes in 2016 - either by proxy or at Bicester - with all being passed by significant majority. These detailed the following:

1. Approval of the audited accounts for the year ended 31^st October 2015
2. Approval of Alan Harding to be re-elected as a director of the company
3. Approval of Gill Davis to be re-elected as a director of the company
4. Approval of Ian Sowman to be re-elected as a director of the company
5. Approval of the ‘Special Resolution’ - detailing the amended and updated Articles of Association for The 750 Motor Club, with a revocation (in part) of the original Memorandum of Association

The Club wishes to thank all those who voted and attended the event, as well as Bicester Heritage for providing such a location that befitted the occasion.
